Due to ongoing business success, Citidwell are now looking to expand our team through the recruitment of a Property Manager in Central London. This full-time position is offering a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Your New Role

As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for Managing and co-ordinating all maintenance and repair works required in the developments while also establishing regulatory requirements such as H&S, gas safe, fire regulations (inclusive of smoke alarm testing), and other applicable regulatory requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Organising for furniture to be purchased as required for new fully furnished tenancies.
• Support in liaising with the managing agents for each development to ensure assets are being managed effectively and works are being carried out in a timely manner.
• Compiling and providing handover packs to every purchaser as well as carrying out the handover of all new properties.
• Carrying out pre and post snag of all new properties, liaising with the appointment principal contractor to ensure snags are resolved and properties are at an acceptable level to the company upon handover.

Essential Skills:

What you will need to succeed as our new Property Manager:

As our ideal candidate, you will have 2 years proven work experience as a Property Manager or similar relevant role. Proven experience of working to challenging timeframes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong attention to detail while being able to prioritise your workload effectively. You will also have the following skills and experience:

• Commercial experience desirable
• Great multi-tasking abilities
• Competent technology user
• Proactive skill set
