Due to ongoing business success, Citidwell are now looking to expand our team through the recruitment of a Property Manager in Central London. This full-time position is offering a competitive salary dependent on experience.
Your New Role
As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for Managing and co-ordinating all maintenance and repair works required in the developments while also establishing regulatory requirements such as H&S, gas safe, fire regulations (inclusive of smoke alarm testing), and other applicable regulatory requirements.

As our ideal candidate, you will have 2 years proven work experience as a Property Manager or similar relevant role. Proven experience of working to challenging timeframes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong attention to detail while being able to prioritise your workload effectively. You will also have the following skills and experience:
