Are you interested in being a key player in our exciting initiative to support the whole organisation to lift its ability to respond effectively to underlying trauma and other psychological issues within those accessing our drug and alcohol services, to enable our recovery workers to move people through their substance use recovery journey more effectively?
We are looking for HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologists with strong CBT and motivational interviewing practice who not only possess expertise in their work within drug and alcohol services but have a passion for developing skills and supporting and supervising others in the delivery of psychologically informed work.

As a specialist lead within the region, you will be in a supportive environment where you will be encouraged to develop your clinical skills as well as providing an opportunity to develop leadership skills, making a difference beyond your own individual practice.
Our Practitioner Psychologist will receive regular clinical supervision and professional support from the National Clinical Lead/ Consultant Clinical Psychologist in Substance Use.
You will be supported to engage in regular CPD and updates, in line with With You policy and professional registration requirements.
This is a full-time role however for the right candidate we are happy to consider reduced hours or a jobs share.
The role also offers flexibility with hybrid working or home and service-based locations.
We are offering a salary package circa £50k depending on experience (equivalent to NHS A4C).
