Job Description:

Key responsibilitiesCreate and refine effective project plans and processes for the execution of card implementation projects.Take ownership of, and manage through to completion, a wide variety of implementation projects, utilising the above project plans to deliver to client expectations. Implementation tasks include but are not limited to; Initial client consultation; Blackhawk product configuration; Product artwork review and signoff; Co-ordination of card manufacturing and delivery (test and production cards); Data file validation; Internal card testing; Retailer card testing; Final approvals; In store production testingMaintain and leverage operational relationships with key third party suppliers essential to the card implementation process, including but not limited to card brands, gift card processors, gift card manufacturers and retail partnersDevelop and enforce a suitable quality assurance process across the programme to ensure gift card specifications are adhered to and that cards in the Blackhawk programme are of sufficient quality to minimise swipe / scan issues at point of saleEnforce Blackhawk inbound supply chain requirementsActively promote the key messages of standardisation, consistency and quality to all functions of the Blackhawk Europe business. Peer closely with Product Implementation Managers in other geographies to ensure consistency of process, including HQ in Pleasanton, California

Essential Skills:
