Job Description:

Smart Recruit Online is a VC backed RecTech SaaS venture looking for closers (OTE £80k) to join our award-winning company.

Your role will be to win new logos, the lifeblood of any rapid growth business. We have a well-oiled digital marketing machine and a great team of SDRs helping to build your pipeline. We also have a brilliant Customer Success team to ensure that once you win a customer’s trust, they are loved forever and keep coming back for more.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing discovery calls with pre-qualified leads
  • Demonstrating our software and solution to prospects
  • Creating custom subscriptions based on individual client needs
  • Closing deals
  • Partnering with customer success to onboard your new business
  • Working with marketing to refine our sales story and messaging
  • Interpreting the evolution of clients demands to feed into the product development pipeline
