Job Description:

Essential Skills:

An enthusiastic can-do attitude with a customer centric approach and effective listening skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills you must enjoy speaking to customers on the phone.Excellent all-round IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.Experience of working within a demanding customer service or sales environment.Strong administration skills with the ability to maintain high attention to detail and produce accurate documentation.Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.Have a flexible approach and be able to deal with changing priorities.Be able to work on your own initiative and be effective within a strong team.
