Where does this role fit in?

The Senior Account Manager is a key member of the ITG team, carrying responsibility for client service delivery, operational excellence, innovation and project management. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the client relationship, innovation and daily service delivery for the client.

The role will encompass the management and delivery of ITG’s service to the markets you have responsibility for, the overall quality control of outputs, WIP management, project management, cost control and estimation, project briefing and support for the client, weekly reporting and first line support for ITG’s technology platform, Media Centre & Canopy.

The Senior Account Manager will be part of a team that is made up of account managers, channel experts and production operatives. You will report into and support the Account Director, who has overall responsibility for the client. You will be part of a close team that is integrated into the client’s marketing team in London.

Your location will be on-site with the client in London, alongside another ITG Account Manager. There will be a requirement for some travel around the UK for projects on a job by job basis as the client needs arise. Due to the current home working restrictions, it is also important that you are able to work remotely but still maintain the contact and relationships with the client in a pro-active manor.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the client organisation, identify their needs, maintain and develop the ITG business and ensure quality delivery of service in order to provide excellent client service.
  • Understand the current and future challenges that client is facing and help drive innovation into the ITG daily service delivery.
  • Manage the daily BAU work in conjunction with the ITG studio production team to ensure all client deadlines are achieved.
  • Ensure accurate capturing, estimating, invoicing and reporting of project costs.
  • Support client in the briefing process to ensure accurate and clear briefing into ITG production team to increase speed to market and reduce client cost.
  • Drive operational innovation within client geographical areas to increase efficiency, reduce cost and continuously improve quality.
