What will I be responsible for?
Joining our team as our new Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding, then managing long lasting partner relationships at Linnworks. You’ll be seen as a trusted adviser for the company and will have the opportunity to contribute to the sales strategy, execution and development of partnerships for our SaaS product. This will involve:
The skills you will need to succeed: If you have the following skills, we would love you to join our team!Passion for customer service, ensuring partners are representatives of our valuesExperience of partnering with big brands such as Facebook, Google etc. and have worked with the C Level within these brandsPrevious experience of working within a SaaS sales enviroment, eCommerce or retailProven experience of the ability to work with large strategic partners growing market share and commercial returnExperience of having built revenue centric partner programs and negotiated partner contract and commercial frameworksExperience of developing partner relationships, selling through partner channels and the onboarding and management of partnerAbility to manage complex relationships across multiple levelsDemonstrable knowledge of the channel partner sales cycle including pre-sales, negotiation and commercial managementExcellent presentation skills and knowledgeAlongside your excellent customer service skills, you will need experience of developing partner relationships, selling through partner channels and the onboarding and management of partners to excel as our Partner Account Manager. You will also have demonstrable knowledge of the channel partner sales cycle including pre-sales, negotiation and commercial management combined with great presentation skills
