This position will support the Surrey Area to accurately roster all officers ensuring sufficient cover for holidays, sickness, absence ensuring service levels agreed are attained at all times.

Providing administration support for the area as a whole, supporting operational teams in ensuring compliance with all company, contract and statutory policies and processes

Working on a Monday to Friday covering 37.5 hours a week. 


How you will make an impact as Operations Support :

  • Being the first point of contact for all security officers
  • Data entry of new contracts, ensuring all records are accurate.
  • Updating assignment instructions, site documentation and maintain customer information.
  • Accurately rostering all officers to sufficiently cover holidays, sickness and absence.
  • Assisting with recruitment ensuring that staffing levels meet the agreed service levels.
  • Monitor and organise any training requirements.
  • Assisting the management of all direct and indirect costs to ensure these match the requirements for the effective operation of the Branch.
  • Ensuring accuracy of all operational data; and regularly review and report on progress, highlighting any risk of significant variances as they arise, taking action where needed.
  • Supporting other Branches and support functions by sharing best practice
  • Engaging with clients and visiting client sites when needed.
  • Covering client sites if and when needed.
