Main Duties:Supporting the Performance, Reliability and Security of Health Partners Cloud based infrastructure, in accordance with industry best practiceLeadership of the IT Operations TeamActing as a key point of escalation for service impacting issues, whilst proactively managing and being accountable for, the quality of IT Service provision to the businessHelping to build and mentor a high performing team, who are proficient in the use of Microsoft Cloud technologies and toolingEnsuring that future demand from business growth and projects is captured and factored into capacity plans for the teamEngaging proactively with users, both technical and non-technical, to ensure IT is fit for purpose and supporting the wider business objectivesEnsuring strict compliance to ISO 27001 processes and controlsActs in accordance with the company ethical and trustworthy behaviours. Valuing colleagues, customers and business partners, and taking responsibility for their actions.Acts within the boundaries set out by the companys policies to ensure sensitive personal information is protected as required by law, regulatory bodies, ethics and best practice

Essential Skills:

Extensive experience as an IT Operations Manager with demonstrable line management experienceExperienced in O365 Suite / Azure Cloud Service Operations and Security3rd Party Supplier and Software Asset ManagementA successful track record of IT Project DeliveryAbility to monitor and proactively manage Operational Risks and Key Performance MetricsExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at a variety of levels
