Main responsibilities for this role;Be the first point of contact for all recruitment queriesAdvise managers on recruitment and selection strategiesReview and update job descriptionsPre-screen candidates, attend interviews where requiredMaintain PSL, building rapport with our Agencies, negotiating TCs and monitoring performance of agenciesManage activity on social media ; actively approach suitable candidates via LinkedIn; build a network of possible future candidatesOrganise and attend recruitment eventsProvide professional, pro-active and business focussed Human Resources advice and support to all managers and employees whilst promoting HR best practice.Contribute and support the continuous improvement of HR systems, practices and policies in the organisation.Provide an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.Contribute to the internal HR communications and support the HR Director and the wider team in delivery of HR elements of organisational and cultural change activities.Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation as well as conducting policy reviews and assisting with monthly statistics reports.Offering advice, arranging and supporting disciplinary and grievance hearings, escalating concerns to HR DirectorHR Advisor | Human Resources | Recruitment | Reporting | Administration | Customer Service | Communications | Recruitment | LegislationBenefits25 days holiday / Health cash plan / PerkboxAdditional InformationThis is a full-time position where the successful individual will work Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week between 9.00am-5.30pm.

CIPD Qualification and strong HR Advisory experience and commercial awareness.Extensive recruitment experienceConfident IT skills and use of HR Systems with the ability to write and present information.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills.Working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice on recruitment and selection..Providing advice and support to senior managers with the ability to lead projects and implement new initiatives.Flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
