Job Description:

What will I be responsible for?

Joining our team as a Finance Executive, you will take charge of key day to day finance and operational activities, working closely with our Group Financial Controller to support strong financial decision making and establish sound internal processes. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Finance & Bookkeeping – reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, customer payment tracking
  • Assisting in establishing, regularly tracking and reporting on finance KPIs
  • Consistently reviewing our finance systems and processes and looking out for efficiency improvements
  • Assisting with the preparation of group’s monthly management accounts, both individual and consolidated
  • Coordinating our monthly payroll, including setting up new members of staff, issuing tax forms in the UK and the US
  • Completing VAT and MOSS returns
  • Making payments to our subsidiaries, suppliers and employees and overseeing expenses processing
  • Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
  • Liaising with external accountants with the year-end accounts preparation
  • Assisting with ad-hoc analysis / one-off projects
