JOB VACANCY! Experienced Negotiator wanted for a full time position. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join SJ Warrens successful team, we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person who is looking to be part of a busy and ever expanding business. We would preferably like you to have previous experience in Estate agency with a proven track record, great communication skills and knowledge of how to list properties and deal with the photography. You will be required to hold a current driving license and have knowledge of the local area. Your Duties will include but not be limited to; Conducting viewings and dealing with feedback Listing properties Dealing with photography Managing the diary and appointments Updating our applicants and vendors Answering the office phone Taking property details for valuations Meeting with clients face to face Taking part in regular conferences with staff to report on business Requirements Previous experience in a Sales Negotiator role along with knowledge of the Estate agency industry would be preferable. Access to a car with a clean driving license will be a requirement.
