You must have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a selling environment.About the Apprenticeship trainingCalibre Group is the appointed training provider and partner working with Sytner BMW You will undertake the Sales Executive Apprenticeship over 16 months, covering all aspects of the role and become a fully-fledged Sales Executive upon completion, gaining an Institute of the Motor Industry Accreditation along with your Level 4 Apprenticeship. MINI manufacturer training courses as part of your career development.You will be assigned a dedicated Mentor who is there to support you throughout the programme offering guidance and making sure that all aspects of your learning stays on track.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
