MSX International are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Executive to cover the Southern England patch. As an Area Sales Executive with the MSX Global group, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards the commercial aspirations of the Trade Parts business for our automotive partner, a Premium car manufacturer with significant market share and presence in the UK.
What will I be responsible for?
Joining our team as an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales in a specified territory, winning OES market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives on behalf of the franchised retailer network. You will have a particular focus on enhancing our current client partnership and increasing overall sales revenue and profitability through the independent repairer segment.
Who are we looking for?If you have a proven history of achieving performance targets and enjoy engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders within the automotive franchise network, the role of Area Sales Executive could be ideal for you! To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and competencies:Must possess expert knowledge and recent experience of the parts trade industry from franchised dealer, vehicle manufacturer or aftermarket competitive parts operations.A proven track record of successful B2B sales target achievement.Minimum of 2 years in the parts trade - customer facing or sales experience.Understanding of IMT Accident Repair Centre service and product requirements.Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple high priority tasks simultaneously.Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build long term commercially beneficial relationshipsImplement tailored promotional plans to the independent repairers within your territory.Provide feedback on the competitive landscape in a meaningful and relevant way.Maintain and share a fully updated business activity diary.Utilise the business activity tool to keep an updated record of activity and share reporting with retailers.Achieve and exceed revenue targets for your assigned territory/retailers/customers alike.Support programme brand standards and compliance.Ability to identify, qualify quantify revenue opportunities within your assigned territory.
