Job Description

As part of the UK&I PUMA business, you'll gain unique industry exposure, work on amazing projects and be part of a team of experts sharing their knowledge. You will live and breathe the brand, rep the product and work with like-minded people who are passionate about what they do.

You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a broad range of sales activity for the ASOS account. You will work with different departments within the business such as Marketing, Merchandising, and Accounts. You will gain exposure to a variety of disciplines including; retailer accounts support, sales analysis, product presenting, visual merchandising, and order book tracking.

You will assist with the daily functioning of the strategic account sales team, where you will report on seasonal trends, track samples alongside Sales support and assist with showroom set up ahead of ASOS account meetings.

Daily you will support internal team communications, write reports, update documents and presentations and assist with invoicing. Track launch dates and ensure they align with the ASOS Orderbook for key campaign moments. You will have to assist other team members with the managing and tracking of ASOS specific product creation.

You will also have the opportunity to travel to London and Germany for meetings.

Essential Skills

Applicants must be:

- Ideally you will be/have studied a Business-related degree however applications from all disciplines are accepted

- Confident in presenting to external members

- You will be organised, hardworking, confident, and able to plan and priorities your workload during busy times.

- You will need to be able to network (internally and externally), work in a team, and be able to work independently/use your own initiative to get tasks completed.

- It is essential that you are creative and have excellent written and verbal communication.

- Experience in MS Office Suite is needed and PowerBI knowledge is preferable.

- Knowledge and experience of social media and digital channels is desirable.

- Finally, you will be commercially aware with an active interest in Sportstyle/streetstyle Fashion and a keen interest in online retail and the Puma brand.


Whilst due to Covid-19, PUMA UK staff members are currently adopting a hybrid working arrangement (50/50), ultimately you will need to be based within a commutable distance to your relevant office.
