This is an exciting opportunity to play a significant role in a charity supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health challenges.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team as Personal Assistant to the Director of Services/Housing Administrator. As Personal Assistant you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Services across the full range of their work, for example, diary management, minuting meetings, dealing with queries and gathering information for reports. The housing administration part of the role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, record keeping and monitoring progress on housing and maintenance issues.

It’s a busy and varied role where you will need excellent administration and interpersonal skills, a strong eye for detail as well as great time management and be able to juggle a varied load of tasks and responsibilities. You must be comfortable working closely with people who have learning difficulties and or mental health challenges.
