If you are an experienced Plant Engineer, who is on the lookout for a new opportunity with an organisation who are in a period of growth, despite all odds, we want to hear from you.
As a result of our continued growth, we are extending the operational hours of our site. To support this, we will be extending the hours of the Maintenance Department and are looking to recruit a number of Engineers and Assistant Engineers each requiring different skill levels and experience.
We require Maintenance Engineers for both our mobile plant and fixed plant teams.
The primary tasks in both teams will be preventative maintenance on a range of recycling and processing equipment. In addition, carrying out servicing and repairs ensuring machines and equipment on site are safe, working efficiently and fit for purpose, as well as responding to emergency machine breakdowns throughout the facility.
The Maintenance Engineers work as part of a team but must also have the ability to work on their own initiative during a shift. This role will play a key part in driving the sites continuous improvement.

We operate a shift rota for the mobile and static teams as follows:
Mobile - early shift (5.00am to 2.00pm) and late shift (2.00pm – 11.00pm) over a five-week cycle and working one weekend out of five.
Static – Two-week rota – working two days one week and five the following week including alternate Saturdays and Sundays. Each shift is 6.00am to 6.30pm.
The successful applicants must have knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical repairs and relevant experience.
For applicants with limited experience, we will support their development and provide training where necessary.
