Do you have what it takes to be an HGV / LGV Driver?

We are currently looking for an HGV/LGV Driver to join our Transport Team. Working mostly Monday to Friday, you’ll benefit from a better work/life balance and have more time – whether it’s for raising a family, your hobbies or simply relaxing.

A Copart Driver loads, collects and delivers vehicles of all shapes, sizes and conditions and therefore the role can be physically demanding.

In addition to being a Class 1 or Class 2 driver with a current LGV Licence, a valid CPC, have relevant driving experience in both rural and urban environments, as well as, possessing great communication and customer service skills.

And in return we offer a basic salary as well as excellent additional earnings opportunities that could see earnings of £45,000 per annum in you first year of employment.  There is also the opportunity to earn an additional quarterly performance related bonus.

If you collect or deliver more cars the opportunity to earn more doesn’t stop!

HGV/LGV drivers with experience in the following areas would be ideal for this role: LGV driver, Class 1, Class 2, C&E licence, Large/Heavy Goods Vehicles, recovery driving, HGV driver, CPC, customer service, car transportation, recovery.

Essential Skills

What we need from you…

• HGV/LGV Licence Class 1 or Class 2
• A good understanding of the EU ‘Drivers Hours’ and ‘Working Time’ rules
• Current CPC
• Excellent communication skills
• Great customer service skills
• Car transportation or recovery experience would be an advantage
• Ideally you will have previous HGV/LGV driving experience
