Job Description

You will develop your skills in digital and traditional media campaigns and multi-channel marketing across our direct-to-customer brands including Key Later Life and Standard Life Equity Release.

As a Digital Channel Marketing Executive, you'll also have the opportunity to work with our brand, advertising, and digital marketing teams to gain exposure to large budget multi-channel campaigns.

Working on a flexible hybrid working basis, this role is typically a full-time position however, we’re open to adapt the role to suit someone looking for 80% of this.

This is a full-time permanent role.

In this Digital Channel Marketing Executive role, you will:

  • Create customer centric campaigns to support the annual plan from strategy through to campaign close-down including performance analysis.
  • Work with data partners and in-house data analysts to create campaign selection data.
  • Work closely with the in-house studio and external agencies to develop marketing/campaign assets.
  • Help to get marketing assets approved with compliance and other stakeholders.
  • Gain wider buy-in with your plans through excellent stakeholder management skills.

Essential Skills

 Ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience of marketing, preferably in a multi-channel environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Results-driven attitude – ensure that marketing campaigns fulfil strategic goals and achieve required business goals.
  • Creative thinker who can apply themselves to problems solving
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Proactive and flexible attitude, ability to effectively prioritise
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and email platforms such as DotDigital or similar
  • Agency and client-side experience would be advantageous
