Job Description

Due to the continued success and growth of Copart UK Limited, we have recently opened a Call Centre at our Sandtoft Operations Centre and have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join us!

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will enjoy working closely alongside your experienced colleagues who will support you to learn to deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction that the industry has to offer.

Our Customer Service Advisors play a key role in the success of the business by performing the following main duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers against targets set.
• Make high volumes of outgoing calls to arrange vehicle collection (as required) and takes incoming calls.
• Negotiate with commercial businesses to reduce the cost of storage and recovery fees on behalf of our sellers.
• Liaise with Insurance companies to agree specific details required to agree collection of vehicles.
