Job Description

We are now expanding and require experienced and skilled Carpenters who take pride in providing a quality finish on bespoke new park homes and modular buildings.

Since 1969, Tingdene Homes have been manufacturing from our site in Wellingborough Northamptonshire, our continued success is built on our commitment to quality and innovation for over 50 years, come and join us on our journey through our next 50 years.

We are now looking to grow our existing team and want you to bring your transferable carpentry-based skills to the production team, working across the areas below within our undercover Wellingborough based plant.

You will be able to follow instructions, complete jobs efficiently achieving required target and quality standards.

You should be able to work independently with limited supervision, you should be adaptable, positive and be able to communicate at all levels.

Additional Information

Working Hours are between Monday to Friday 7 AM to 5 PM | plus weekday and Weekend overtime available Site Hours 6 AM to 6 PM | Must have flexibility with working overtime.

Essential Skills

• Basic hand tools are essential
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written, oral communication with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
• A good level of fitness and a head for heights
• You will need experience preferably in the industry and construction disciplines such as housebuilders, commercial and leisure
• Qualifications in construction trades
• Health and Safety awareness

Desired Skills

• Preferably from the park home sector or modular building although not essential
