We want a genuine team player who can work alongside our team of skilled trades and production operatives to provide a quality finished park and leisure homes and modular buildings.

Additional Information

Working within our undercover manufacturing facility | Core Working Hours are Monday to Thursday 7 AM to 5 PM - 38-hour week | plus Weekday, Friday, Saturday overtime available Site Hours 6 AM to 6 PM | Must have flexibility with working overtime.

Essential Skills

You will need to be a genuine team player with a passion to get the right quality first time every time, always going that extra mile to finish the job and someone who can work alongside a team of industry professionals.

  • Basic hand tools are essential
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written, oral communication with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
  • A good level of fitness and a head for heights
  • You will need experience preferably in the industry and construction disciplines such as housebuilders, commercial and leisure
  • Qualifications in construction trades
  • Health and Safety awareness

The ideal candidate will live within 15 miles of Wellingborough, due to the shift pattern and overtime available.
