Job Description:

Our new BMW and MINI Dealerships in Melksham are looking for Vehicle Technicians to service and repair vehicles and maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.

We have now opened our new facility in Melksham, so we are looking to recruit team members who will be ready to take on a new role in a fantastic new dealership.

In our friendly and clean workshops, you will be working with an uncapped bonus scheme, so how much you want to earn is in your hands. You will be joining a network of skilled workers to deliver exceptional service to our customers. 

With the BMW and MINI brands expanding their portfolios in terms of both volume and innovation, we are looking for candidates who wish to challenge themselves technically and develop their career to a new level.

The responsibilities for this role include: 

  • Carrying out the repair, servicing, MOT checks and preparation of cars
  • Diagnose any additional faults and report them to the Service team
  • Carrying out vehicle maintenance tasks
  • Road testing vehicles

Essential Skills:

To be considered for a role, you must be apprentice trained and qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle, Maintenance & Repair or NVQ equivalent. You will ideally have at least two years’ experience of working in a busy high quality workshop environment. Being a team player with excellent attention to detail is key.
