We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivate individual who truly cares about customer care and ensuring our customers experience top class service at every stage of the customer journey.
Working within the Commercial team and with other Levenseat support teams, you will help to develop and maintain a culture where customer care is the top priority and the needs of the customer are researched, considered, and addressed.
This is a new role for Levenseat and as such you will have a rare opportunity to make the role your own and shape the future of customer service within the team.
Working within the commercial team you will provide customer service support and help to build and maintain good working relationships with our customer base.
You will work with colleagues to improve the customer journey and experience from initial enquiry through to after sales care, remaining the key point of contact at each stage, where appropriate.
We would like you to take ownership of policies and procedures relating to customer services, such as the customer care policy, review on a regular basis, collaborate with key departments and make recommendations for improvement. Ensuring the policy/procedure is adopted according to company procedure.
You will be responsible for managing customer accounts to a high standard to ensure customers are kept up to date and are happy with the service provided by the Levenseat. This will require visits to customers sites for contract review meetings.
You will resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint/query; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. Following up to ensure resolution.
You will maximise growth potential within the existing customer base and identifying new sales leads in line with company expectations.
Working as a team you will support the commercial manager with tender bids and quotations and seek new opportunities for creating or developing business.
